A graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS University, Milana is trained in Chinese, Japanese, Korean-style, and Dr. Tung acupuncture, drawing on a wide range of needling styles to bring a thoughtful, integrative approach to every patient. She has experience treating a broad range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, digestive concerns, musculoskeletal pain, and hormonal and menstrual imbalances, and is passionate about supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care.

Justina Waschuk is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist focused on women’s wellness. Through acupuncture, herbs, and mindful care, she gets to the root of fertility, menstrual, hormonal, and perimenopausal concerns to support lasting well-being.

NCCAOM board-certified, Justina earned her degree from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, Canada. She began her wellness journey as a yoga instructor and studio owner, a whole-person perspective that continues to inform her practice today. In clinical work, she collaborates with patients to identify the root causes of their symptoms, believing that understanding the “why” behind a health challenge is essential for meaningful, lasting change.

Justina frequently supports patients through menstrual irregularities, fertility challenges—including IVF and IUI support—the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum, and the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
