Nicole Lizzio, DACM, L.Ac.Nicole Lizzio founded The Violette House on a simple belief: every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in her healthcare journey. A doctorate-trained, NCCAOM board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist, she brings advanced expertise to fertility, prenatal, and postpartum care at every step of the journey.
Nicole earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, along with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco. During her doctoral training, she completed clinical rotations in hospital, women’s health, and integrative care settings—experiences that shaped her commitment to supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.
She works closely with each patient to create individualized treatment plans, whether integrating with Western therapies such as IVF and IUI or offering Chinese medicine as a primary approach. Her care blends acupuncture, herbal medicine, mindful practices, and lifestyle guidance to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. A graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS University, Milana is trained in Chinese, Japanese, Korean-style, and Dr. Tung acupuncture, drawing on a wide range of needling styles to bring a thoughtful, integrative approach to every patient. Justina Waschuk is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist focused on women’s wellness. Through acupuncture, herbs, and mindful care, she gets to the root of fertility, menstrual, hormonal, and perimenopausal concerns to support lasting well-being.
NCCAOM board-certified, Justina earned her degree from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, Canada. She began her wellness journey as a yoga instructor and studio owner, a whole-person perspective that continues to inform her practice today. In clinical work, she collaborates with patients to identify the root causes of their symptoms, believing that understanding the “why” behind a health challenge is essential for meaningful, lasting change.
Justina frequently supports patients through menstrual irregularities, fertility challenges—including IVF and IUI support—the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum, and the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
